"Fajah!" Alia calls out with an enormous grin as she sees her friend. Fajah freezing and staring puzzles her for a moment before she remembers that Fajah hasn't met her familiar.

"It's alright," she reassures her friend. "That's my familiar, Bahlam."

"Bahlam, come say hello to my friend Fajah," she says to the jaguar. The jaguar heaves an enormous cat sigh and moves off of the bed and toward the two young women.
